Shipping Information
Orders ship within 7-10 business days. Shipping costs are communicated before order submission and are non-refundable. Additional follow-up is required to finalize equipment orders (kilns, wheels, etc.). All kiln orders are final. Tracking information is provided via email once the order ships. Contact amacoweborders@amaco.com with your order number for any order or shipping queries. Orders cannot ship to Hawaii or Alaska. All orders will be charged appropriate sales tax.
