The drop ring technique of glass slumping involves leaving the center part of the glass piece unsupported during firing so the glass may slump based only on its own weight and gravity. The kit includes two wire stands and a drop ring with a 4 1/4" round opening for the glass to drop. An assortment of clear glass sheets and colorful noodles/stringers are included to make your piece colorful. The supplied technique sheet explains the basics of this exciting technique.

(2) 6" x 6" Clear Glass Sheets
(2) 7" Diameter clear Glass Sheets
(1) Tube of Noodles/Stringers, assorted colors
(1) Abrasive Grinding Stone, Fine
(1) 8" x 8" Drop Ring with 4 1/4" round hole
(2) Wire Stands with 5 1/4" round opening
(1) Jar of AMACO Kiln Shelf Wash, 1 lb.
