Brown Stone Earthenware Clay No. 29-Talc-Free
Formulated from several clays, No. 29 Brown Stone Earthenware looks like gas-fired and reduced stoneware.

White Art Clay No. 25 - Talc-Free
An all-purpose low-fire pure white clay, No. 25 is suitable for all handbuilding methods of modeling and wheel throwing.

Indian Red Clay No. 67 - Talc-Free
Indian Red Clay No. 67 is a rich red color before and after firing and is an excellent plastic clay for all hand methods of modeling: slab, push and pull, coil, sculpture, and wheel throwing.

Versa Clay No. 20
Versa Clay No. 20 is an extremely plastic clay that lends itself to all types of hand building, wheel throwing, can be press molded, and shaped paper-thin without cracking.

Sculpture, Raku Clay No. 27 - Talc-Free
Off White Sculpture Clay No. 27 is specially formulated for sculpture and raku but can also be used to hand build and throw larger pieces.

Egyptian Paste
Egyptian Paste is a low fire, self-glazing body. Objects may be shaped by any hand method or pressed in molds. Colors develop a gloss and often times crackle finish.

We make five Low Fire Talc Free AP non-toxic ceramic clays in a variety of formulas for classroom and studio use. Please read the details for each AMACO clay to determine which is most suitable for sculpture, wheel throwing,  or multi-purpose. Our glazes are specifically formulated to give excellent results on AMACO clays, each glaze having a different effect depending on the clay body you select. (Firing other brands of glazes on our clays will offer successful results as well.)
