  • Efaplast® Light – White, Black, and Green
  • Toothpicks
  • Water container

TIPS for using Efaplast® Light:

Shapes created using Efaplast® Light are easy to join together when clay is slightly damp. Use water damped fingers to smooth cracks, seams and air pockets in clay.

Step 1

Roll a golf ball size ball of White Efaplast® Light to create a cone shape. Push your thumbs into center of widest part of cone and pinch around edges to make bottom of ghost appear to be wavy, almost like it’s floating.
Step 2
Roll a quarter size ball of White Efaplast® Light. Make eye holes using a toothpick, then place head on top of body. For best results, insert a toothpick through both head and body to hold them in place.
Step 3
Form a walnut sized ball of White Efaplast® Light into a flat triangle. Turn the triangle upside down and press onto back of ghost. Smooth with water to blend with back of ghost.
Step 4
Flatten a quarter size ball of Black Efaplast® Light to make hat brim. Roll a second quarter size ball of black lightly between palms to make straight side edges of hat. Press top and bottom of hat flat, then press onto center of hat brim piece. Attach hat to top of head using a toothpick inserted through hat and head to hold in place.
Step 5
Form a golf ball size ball of Green Efaplast® Light to make a “grassy” hill. Roll a fist size ball of Black Efaplast® light into a rope, then form letters for “Boo”. Join letters to the grassy hill by pressing together. Small pieces of toothpicks may be used to support letters if needed.
Step 6
Roll a dime size ball of Black Efaplast® Light for bottom of exclamation point. Make top half by rolling a quarter size ball of black clay into a rope. Attach at side of ghost with a toothpick inserted through center of black clay. Press ghosts “hand” to backside so that it looks like cane. Let dry.
