AMACO® ArtEmboss® Peel ’n Stick Metal Accent Sheets — Style of Choice
AMACO® WireForm® WireRod Modeling Wire — 1/8″ Soft Aluminum
AMACO® Fun Wire™ — 22 Gauge Clear/Silver
AMACO® Rub ‘n Buff® — Ebony
Cigar Box Shaped Purse — Judy’s Stone House Designs
Textured Paper — Crocodile Pattern — Fibermark
Misc. Silver and Black Beads — Halcraft
Curiously Sticky Double Sided Tape — Halcraft
Beading Wire — Halcraft
Crimp Beads — Halcraft
Drill
Step 1
Apply tape to outside of entire purse. Apply paper to tape. Smooth out wrinkles and air bubbles.
Step 2
Cut out corners from pre-embossed Peel ’n Stick Metal Accent Sheet. Cut out strips. Apply Rub ‘n Buff® to all.
Step 3
Apply corner stickers to all corners. Wrap border strips around each foot and trim if necessary.
Creating The Heart
Step 4
Cut two 6″ pieces of WireForm® WireRod Modeling Wire. Create a large loop at top and a small loop at end going the opposite way. Repeat with second wire. Place together and lay onto purse. Mark drill holes with pen. Drill. Secure heart with Clear/Silver Fun Wire™.
Step 5
Create two loops for sides of purse. Mark holes and drill. Secure with Fun Wire™.
Creating The Chain
Step 6
Create two loops from Modeling Wire. Secure these together by wrapping with Fun Wire™ and set aside.
Step 7
Cut a 24″ piece of beading wire. Wrap beading wire around the loop on the side of purse. Add crimp bead. String beads to end, finish by wrapping wire around loops created earlier and crimping to secure. Repeat for other side. Inside of purse may be painted or completed to look like outside of purse.
